Registration
All participants must register and pay the registration fees via the online registration site (We only accept online registration for ICST2025). The online registration system is under preparation.

IMPORTANT
- The deadline for early registration is September 30, 2025, PST.
- Please note that registration fees are in Japanese yen as a requirement of the payment registration procedure. Participants can register and pay from the online registration site. Only credit card payments are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation on or before September 30, 2025, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fee (10% of the fee). Please note all refunds will be made after the conference. Note that, after September 30, 2025, your registration fee will NOT be refunded. In any case, if your registration is used to upload your contribution (final paper) for ICST2025, your registration fee cannot be refunded.
