Instructions for Accepted Authors
Accepted papers that satisfy all the following requirements by the deadline will be eligible for presentation at ICST 2025 and publication in the Proceedings.
- Final Camera-ready Manuscript (validated by PDF eXpress, Conference ID: 66402X) has been submitted.
- IEEE Copyright Form has been submitted.
- At least one of the authors (preferably the presenter) has completed the payment of the corresponding registration fee.
The Program Committee will verify registration status and authorship based on the submitted final manuscripts and paper configuration on EDAS. The conference program and proceedings will be generated based on the information registered in EDAS. Please ensure that all author names and affiliations are accurately entered in English. The organizing committee is unable to make any changes on behalf of the authors.
